• Eat a wide variety of foods to ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals you need
• Use protein drink mix and fresh or frozen fruit to make smoothies for snacks
• Eat high fiber foods such as acai berries, leafy greens and whole wheat pasta – these make you feel fuller for longer
• Never skip meals – your body will revolt and force you to reach for a donut later in the day
• Replace the sugar in your diet with natural alternatives such as stevia
• Eat less sweets and more fruits
• Drink teas that have a natural slimming effect, such as wuyi (oolong) tea
